  • Do I need to wear a mask?
    Yes. Our policy on masking remains the same. Inside the salon we are still going to be wearing masks. We'll need you to continue to wear one too, no matter your vaccination status.
  • What if I just need products?

  • I don't feel comfortable being in the salon too long but need my hair done. What can I do?
    Your safety and health is our number one priority. Therefore, we are offering express services to minimize your time spent in the salon. If you would like a private room please request it when making your appointment.
  • Gratuity
    We accept gratuity in cash or on credit cards. You can also click the gratuity link on our website to leave a gratuity for your stylist.
  • How will I know what services I need?
    Appointmemts scheduling is done online. If you are unsure what services you need email us and ask nicolenoelsalon@gmail.com. *All new highlight/balayage appointments first require a color consultation so we can determine how much time you will need. Consultations are cheduled online.
